1. Processing Time

To ensure the highest quality standards, every order undergoes a thorough inspection and preparation process. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are determined by our third-party logistics partners and shipping carriers. While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, actual delivery dates are subject to the estimates provided by the carrier at the time of shipment.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's tracking portal.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please be advised that shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These additional charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Batch Availability

As we manage our inventory in focused monthly batches, orders are processed in the sequence they are received. In the event that a current batch is fully reserved, shipping of new orders may be scheduled for the following production cycle.
